    • Chris Dunn awesome video as always mate!

Q1: Do you think investing into STO’s will be done primarily with BTC or USD considering the regulation involved?

Q2: Do you think once these STO’s are released to the open market, they’ll be restricted to USD exchanges only or a combination of both BTC and USD? (I know it’s hard to say definitively, but really just after your thoughts considering the people you talk to in your circles)

      Thank you! 🙂

  2. He’s Back! Love your vids man. Took your course, loved it. My partner and I reached out on Discord and email….Would love to send you something! Let me know…thanks

  3. I haven’t quite reached accredited investor status yet and it’s very frustrating. If you meet the minimum requirements to invest in something you should be allowed in. “Accredited investors” is an antiquated idea that badly needs updating.

  4. Chris – can you give an actual real world example of how an STO could be used on a piece of real estate or art?
How does that partial ownership of investors translate to the real world.
Who would hold a piece of art if it has 100 owners tied to it?
Who holds the deed or art if the original owner has sold all the shares to it to investors?

  5. Yes, very excited. Looking forward to another episode of liquid assets to trade on public exchanges. With you on the accredited investor rules though. Prime example of high net worth protecting high net worth.

  6. Good overview Chris, ya Dunn-good. Would be useful to have an overview of other major jurisdictions (i.e. their key regulatory framework do’s and dont’s). If the key feature is global appeal, then getting across that span needs some treatment too.

  7. I think it’ll be interesting to see some companies which already have a “Utility token” to come out and sell a “security token” as ownership of the company itself as well. After that happens i am curious about what will happen to the “utility token” and especially to its price!
But it’s really important to get some kind of regulation for the market. There are so many scam ICOs especially coming from the Asian regions. I see some team members jumping from one project to the next after just one or a few months, just to get money from every side.
Following that stuff they leave the company to open a VC fund with the money they got from all the ICOs and then they invest in others ICOs in seed rounds and flip their capital again, soon there will be hundreds of VC funds calling themselves awesome as they invested early in projects, but what they actually did was taking money from people and invest it somewhere else instead of in the company which they raised capital for…
Really a sad picture in the market currently.

Chris your content is always very informative and awesome, thanks for putting out content and you’re 100% correct on the accredited investor topic!

  8. Crypto has become corrupted like all other investment vehicles. It’s pretty much universally accepted that there is very broad manipulation through exchanges, the media, shorts to manipulate the price, etc. but the SEC seems to be doing very little. On top of this a lot of the options to buy in have been halted, giving big players more time to corner the market. Iv’e personally invested money through two separate banks, and both options that I used to use are now off the table. Add in having to be an accredited investor to purchase the best security tokens, and it cuts out the small players. The rich will get richer and nothing changes. Unfortunately I wouldn’t advise friends to get into crypto at the moment unless there are some major changes to cut out manipulation and level the playing field. I truly hope that we aren’t heading towards an all digital world. I would much rather see the return to a gold backed dollar given the current state of affairs. Feeling disillusioned..

  9. @chrisdunn Utility token is myth, every token is security token.
Intead of utility tokens , investing in ecosystem is still a great deal
